How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data, send an email to: support@expertpay.ae

Please include the following details in your email:

• Your full name
• Registered username or employee ID
• Company name (if applicable)

Our team will verify your request and process the data deletion within 7 business days. Once the deletion is complete, we’ll confirm it via email.

What Happens to Your Data

Upon a verified deletion request, ExpertPay will remove your personal data from our active systems, subject to any legal or regulatory retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy — for example, UAE Labour Law and commercial record-keeping requirements may require certain employment and payroll records to be retained for a minimum period even after a deletion request is processed.

Where data must be retained for legal or regulatory reasons, we will inform you which records are affected and the retention period that applies, and will depersonalise or restrict further use of that data wherever technically and legally possible.
